Quarterly Commitment- Best Value!

 

Choose your weekly training frequency (1X,2X,3X) and commit to three months! We reward your commitment by offering you the flexibility to make up any missed sessions up to thirty days after your package expires. Make a statement!

 

Monthly Training Memberships

 

Choose your weekly training frequency (1X,2X,3X) and make a month-long commitment! Unused sessions will expire at the end of the month.

 

Session Packages

Buy a select number of sessions and use them at your discretion within six months! Train at the frequency that works for you!

 

Pay Per Session

​

Purchase individual sessions one at a time, when you have time!

 

*All sessions run for a full 60 minutes.

* 24 hour cancellation notice required.
